First Visit

Some patients tell us that their first visit with us was a little bit different – pleasantly so! We work hard to make your first visit as comprehensive and careful as possible. As part of the visit, you will meet with both your hygienist and Dr. Booker. The hygienist will begin gathering information including x-rays, photos of your teeth, and provide a comprehensive assessment to screen for gum disease. Dr. Booker’s exam includes a review of your dental and medical history, oral cancer screening, and a tooth-by-tooth evaluation of your mouth. Following this exam, Dr. Booker and your hygienist will discuss their findings with you and develop a treatment plan you are comfortable with.

But your first visit is just the beginning. We pride ourselves in the thoroughness of every examination and the steps we take to ensure your optimum dental health. You will always be informed of the condition of your mouth and receive honest recommendations and treatment options.
