Keeping Your Dentistry Affordable
We accept Health Resources insurance plans; plus, we can process your dental insurance for you as well. We do think it is important that our patients remember that insurance companies usually only cover the most basic and minimal treatment possible and that at times, we may recommend dental treatments or tooth restorations that will last longer or be better for your health and appearance. In these cases, we will file your dental insurance paperwork but we also offer third party financing, take credit cards and offer pre-payment discounts to keep the best dentistry more affordable.
When we present you with a treatment plan, it will include a comprehensive, easy to understand, breakdown of costs. For your convenience, financing is available and we accept a variety of payment methods. Most dental insurance plans are accepted. We offer courtesies for payment in full, if rendered a minimum of three days before your appointment. All charges are due and payable at the time of treatment.

Dental Financing
We do not believe that financial restrictions should be prohibitive of great dental care. We offer a variety of solutions to fit your budget, some of which are interest-free. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact us prior to your treatment. Financing options include:
- CareCredit | CareCredit is the healthcare credit card exclusively designed to finance healthcare services like dental care and orthodontics for you or your family. CareCredit offers special financing on purchases of $200 or more for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including dental treatments. Plus, you can use your CareCredit card over and over for follow-up appointments.*
- Our own dental “layaway” plan.
Our friendly office personnel will work with you to develop a plan that meets your needs.
Dental Insurance
“Dental benefits” is a more appropriate term for your insurance. It rarely covers the entire cost of dental care. On average, dental benefits will pay between 50 and 80 percent of approved procedures. The terms vary widely, depending on the provider and the level of coverage that you or your employers purchased. Although benefits help, they are highly unlikely to pay your entire bill.
We want to help you get the most out of your dental benefits. We will review your treatment plan, and the terms of your benefits to provide an estimate of charges. However, this is not a guarantee; only your dental plan provider can determine the exact amount of coverage.
We offer the courtesy of billing your insurance company for you. If they do not pay their portion, our efficient office staff will gladly assist you. We recommend that you contact our office if your insurance provider has not paid within a 30-day period. However, your account is your personal and financial responsibility. If your bill is not paid in full within a 60-day period for any reason, you are responsible for any remaining charges.
If you have any questions, please call our office at 270-683-0620.
